Well, okay, most wouldn't, but Bilbo and Frodo -- could you imagine their blogs if they'd taken a laptop with them on their adventures? Well, perhaps an invisible ipod... Can you imagine the hobbits dancing the way those ipod advert folks do?

Sam is really starting to piss me off. i know he's only trying to help but his incesant 'Master Frodo this and Master Frodo that' He's such a suck-up. And he's a fat bastard as well.
I wish Merry and Pippin had come, at least they're more fun. Well maybe not Pippin, he's a bit of an tit to be fair.

Frodo is getting really weird. Now he's letting that freak Gollom hang about. That constant sound from the throat of that "thing" is driving me MAD!!! I'd like to slice him up and have him for elevensies!!!

Just gave Gollum a lozenge... that seems to have cleared up his throat.
Sam keeps asking if he can touch my ring... I hold up the necklace and he looks disappointed... I really don't understand that fat git at all.

Gollum almost got the ring and our throats. I'd like to run him through, but Frodo won't let me. Doesn't he see that I'm his true friend? Oh and what I wouldn't give for a pint right now, it's so blasted dry here...
